Delivery

Delivery of your order within Ukraine is available via the Nova Poshta shipping company.

• Shipping costs are paid by the recipient.
• Delivery cost: according to the carrier’s rates.
• Free storage period at a Nova Poshta branch: 5 days.

All orders placed and paid for from Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery time: from 2 to 5 days from the date of shipment, depending on the day of the week (Nova Poshta branches are closed on Sundays) and the distance between the seller's and customer's locations.

Free delivery is available for orders over UAH 2,000!

IMPORTANT

• Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis to all regions where Nova Poshta operates.
• Please make sure that a Nova Poshta branch is operating in your locality.
• If a parcel is not collected within 5 days, it is automatically returned to the seller.

Payment

You can pay for your order using the following methods:

• Payment by Visa/MasterCard bank cards
• Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt)
• Bank transfer

If you choose the «Bank Transfer» payment method when placing your order, our representative will send you an SMS with the payment details.
